Movie Review: Right on the Money

Tom Hanks is as funny & whity as ever. Every home owner will especially get a kick out of this movie. When Tom Hanks and his girlfriend (Shelly Long) purchase a beautiful house at an incredible price it almost seems too good to be true, until the stair case colapses and many more home improvement projects arise and it it will have you rolling on the ground with laughter. I highly recomend it.Movie Review: Love this movie!!

First of all, what a great comedy!! How many people get sucked into buying a home (thinking it's such a great deal) only to find out it will cost them more than buying an expensive home to begin with. I love Tom Hanks and his performance in this film was great once again.
If you're looking for a good laugh and have had some fixer upper woes this is definately the movie for you!

I have loved this movie ever since I was a kid, laughing at all of the funny things that happened to the characters. After watching it at my age now (early 20s) I get more of the jokes and it's even better. I'm glad to own this on DVD and it is widescreen (at least on my Mac Laptop) plus there are behind the scenes features. This is a very good early Tom Hanks movie. At times it tries to turn into a movie about relationships, but the best parts are the gags about the house that turns into a nightmare. There are scenes and lines that will have you laughing until you cry. It is definitely worth owning a copy of this on DVD. It's the kind of movie you can watch many times and still enjoy.
