Movie Review: A classic movie about overcoming disabilities

This is a wonderful film to share with your children. It shows how a person who has multiple disabilities can overcome them. Patty Duke's interpretation of Helen Keller draws you into the movie. When she speaks her only word in the entire film, your heart is overjoyed for her. Anne Bancroft's performance as Annie Sullivan makes you realize that a dedicated teacher is a very important person in a child's life.Movie Review: My favourite film ever

VERY well acted. I loved this movie. If this movie doesn't make you feel it's ok to spank your kids...anyway, I even cried at the end. This is another movie I love to quote..."Wuah--wuah--water!" Since I first saw this 20+ years ago, a "review" really isn't warranted. However, the fact that I got it so that my children, too, could enjoy it (and they did, very much) should speak for itself.
