Movie Review: What a fun workout!
Summary: 5 Stars
I have a few of Jennifer Kries videos so thought I would try this one and I really enjoy it. Although, it's not for beginners. It helps if you watch it a few times before actually doing it and if you have a dance background. After doing each segment, I feel as though I got a good workout. If you like to rotate through workout videos, this one is a fun and challenging change.
