Movie Review: Finally!
Summary: 5 Stars
I saw this years ago and really liked it. I'll admit maybe I was biased because I was already a fan of the Billy Jack movies. I was tickled to find it and add it to my collection. The interviews in the extras were nice and actually added to the experience for me. Unless there's bloopers, the extras don't usually do much for me but these did.
I had to get it and am glad I did. For some it will seem corny and not realistic but for me it was one of those movies where the purpose was to entertain me and because I was willing to accept what was presented and go with the flow, I enjoyed it for being something different and unique when it was made. For me it's like a Tom Laughlin version of a Clint Eastwood spaghetti western which I also love.
I also appreciate the way Tom always includes as best he is able, a reminder of the indigenous people of this continent and touch on the reality of their experience with those who came to conquer and rule.
The Gunfighter's love in this movie is also a treat as is the interview with her.
