Movie Review: An Excellent Film With An All Star Cast

This IS NOT Joseph. I am one of his daughters.
The Man in the Iron Mask is an excellent movie with a good plot and great actors to pull it off, such as Leonardo, John, and Gabriel.
I love Leonardo. He is a great actor and this movie definitely shows it. He portrays Louis and Phillipe perfectly and definitely brings out the foil between the two characters (foil: a set of characters who are exact opposites ex. good and bad).
Another good actor was Gabriel Bryne (the one that played D'artangan). He was very noble and sophisticated.
The settings in the movie are very beautiful too such as the grounds for the Pig Chase and the area outside of Anne's house. I consider them as having a huge role in the movie as well.
Trust me, DO NOT pass this movie up. It is very good. I also recommend the soundtrack of the movie as well.

This movie was the best. And i know exactly why. That's because I simply adore the actor Leonardo DiCaprio and he looked sooooo hhot and gorgeous in his outfits. Though i didn't like this movie as much when it got all gooshy and mooshy. Afterall there were some sexual actions in the movie which did not make me happy at all but if you are a kid younger than 7 then you shouldn't be premited to watch this move. The sexual actions can become quite wild in some parts. Well maybe i'm just saying this because I love LeonardoDiCaprio but it's just my thought so you don't have to listen to me at all if you wish. But in my opinion this movie was the greatest! The scene and the background was just tremendous. The outfits, the make-up and the hair was apsolutely remarkable! For those of you who have read the book I think that it is very obvious as to why La Vallier was called christine in the movie and not Louise de la Vallier . It is because Christine's character in the movie is quite a bit different than Louise in the book. Christine is not a "faked " character in the movie(or at all) she is just different from the book charater who is barely like her named louise. I like Christine's character better than the books character (La vallier)that is her equivelent. I like all the movies characters better than in the book!! The movies plot is alot better than the book. In fact the book plot seems a little week(even though it is VERY well written)compared to the movie plot. This is a moving, true story, that is wonderfully acted, and an all around comepletely wonderful movie. It is, it seems, over-shadowed by the long and mysterious Titanic, whose rave reveiws are not really helping any other movie which came out withen in six months of it. I'm not saying it's a bad movie, I'm a Leo DiCaprio fan, so of course I've seen Titanic. Seven times in fact, and I think it was well worth seeing every time, because I only love it more whenever I see it again. But that still doesn't mean it was good for any of the other movies coming out around it. The movie The Man in the Iron Mask is one of the most captivating films I have ever seen, and I rate it five stars with no hesitation.
