Movie Review: Very Good -- Not as Easy as it Looks!

Not as easy as it looks -- easy to follow, but if you're a beginner, you're gonna get a work out. I highly recommend.

Movie Review: A Great Compliment to the Fluidity Bar

I have loved working out to Lotte Berk Method. I recently purchased a Fluidity Bar, which comes with workout videos as well, but now I only use the Lotte Berk Method with my Fluidity Bar. The workout is more precise, challenging and the instruction is more thourough. I also love that I can do this anytime of day. If I have an idle 30 minutes or so I can pop in a DVD and I feel great at the end, and not overly worn out. I strongly recommend this for people who hate gym culture but love to be active and fit.

If you've never done dancers' workouts before, do yourself the biggest favor of your life and buy these DVDS, then DO THEM! I have hundreds of exercise tapes & DVDs, and I exercise for one reason -- I want results! I don't just want to burn calories, I want to look better. This type of exercise is precisely what a woman wants -- you will get leaner legs, a flatter belly, tighter hips and beautiful overall tone. All for only 1/2 hour of work every 2 or 3 days.

As a dedicated exerciser for most of my 57 years, who's tried everything, I can tell you this: Most women will respond to the kind of work in these DVDs (isometric) infinitely better than by lifting heavy weights. Unless you have a rare hormonal make-up, lifting heavy weights will make you bigger! Most women want to get smaller, or at least leaner. Put down those weights and start working out like a woman. Buy these DVDs. DO THEM!

Movie Review: not for a beginner!!

Thought this might help me, but it was very intimidating. The moves are simple, but very challenging. Some I couldn't even do. I'd love to do what they wanted, but I'm not close to that level. Good luck for all you who can manage these moves. I'm sure you'll see results. Everyone else....do the Biggest Loser DVD's. Easy moves, motivating trainer (Bob), and VERY effective!!
