Movie Review: Lord of the Rings HD HD HD HD HD HD
Summary: 3 Stars

I saw this broadcast by FiOS in 1080i on a poor quality Olevia 37" 720P LCD. (Don't buy Olevia - junk, junk, junk - antagonistic service.) BUT LORD OF THE RINGS was still GREAT! The video was greatly improved over DVD upconvert.

I hope the sound will keep up. Hopefully the HD sound will be just as impressive.

I expect the time needed is to make it full featured and compatible for the Blu-ray profile 1.3 or even profile 2 if it's not out by 2010. Imagine what the interactive part could be. Blog this thing up!!!
