Movie Reviews of The Lone Gunmen - The Complete SeriesMovie Review: X-FILES +++ Summary: 5 StarsIf you are a fan of the X-Files and have not seen this, it is a must. The stories are well written and it was a shame it was such a short lived series. Furthermore, the storyline helps make sense of the X-Files episode of the demise of the Lone Gunmen.
Movie Review: Just Fab Summary: 5 StarsEpisodes:
-------------
1) Pilot - A Mission-Impossible style episode as Frohike and Byers attempt to steal the Octium IV chip from E-Com-Con.
2) Bond, Jimmy Bond - The Gunmen encounter Jimmy Bond, a hapless pawn in a breakaway republic's attempt to fund a nerve gas operation.

Movie Review: Not The X-Files, But Good Nonetheless Summary: 4 StarsHey, we all know The Lone Gunmen by themselves wasn't a great show. Mixed them in with Mulder and Scully in The X-Files and you've really got something now. I purchased the series just because of their association with one of my beloved sci-fi shows. But was it really necessary for Chris Carter to kill them off?!
Movie Review: A great series I always wanted to own on DVD Summary: 5 StarsThough not very well appreciated by the audience when it was aired for the first time, this is soon to become one classic TV series. An absolute must for fans of Byers, Langley and Frohike.
The extras are pretty much the same as on most DVDs (audio commentary on selected episodes, a "Making Of" Featurette and TV Spots) what's nice is that a complete X-Files Episode is also included.
My summary is: You get top fun for your money's worth.
If you liked the appearances the LG made in the X-Files go ahead and buy this DVD box before it will be confiscated by the NSA :-)
Movie Review: for the X Files addict Summary: 4 StarsThose who enjoyed the Lone Gunmen on the X Files will most likely enjoy this short series. It's too bad that it is so short. There was so much to be explored that will have to be left to fan fiction. Anyone who can't handle bumbling geekiness should probably stay away. The LGs were definitely not the clichéd heroes of most fiction.
