I did not receive the merchandise that I ordered from Amazon. The amount was charged to my credit card, but I never received the DVD. My son loves the Lion King, so I was so happy to find the DVD on line. I paid extra to buy the DVD in new condition. When it arrived the disc looked new, but the packaging didn't. I've seen this DVD before in its original packaging, and this product did not include the original packaging. Some of the promotional material, for example, was missing. That said, I don't really care that much about the original packaging as long as the disc arrived in great condition, which it did.Movie Review: The Lion King

I owned a VHS copy and didn't want to purchase another copy (DVD) however my VCR has been broken for years now. My 13yo son wanted to see the movie so I ordered it. Disney stores didn't carry it--said it is in a vault for at least another 5years. I was pleased that it is authentic Disney copy and that it has an extra song added to the movie without redoing the movie. There is also extra song of Disney stars singing 'The Circle of Life' along with several interactive games. I love the the movie even more than when I first saw it and Mufasa's death still makes me cry.Movie Review: Old favorite...
