Movie Review: Realistic
Summary: 5 Stars
I showed this movie (on VHS) to my Norwegian great uncle who had lived through WWII in Norway and fought in the Resistance. I almost regretted that I had done so. My great uncle fumed and grieved. He said the movie was quite realistic. He was deeply ashamed of how quickly the armed forces there fell to the Nazis and the movie was too painful for him. As someone who grew up hearing WWII family history, it was important to me to see this story and to hear it verified.
