Movie Review: full-screen: disappointing

The movie is wonderful (thus 5 stars), but the DVD is full-screen, "formatted to fit this screen" as it says in the beginning of the film. Somewhat ironic, since the trailer is widescreen format. It's very disappointing that it's not kept in its original widescreen version. The movie could have been a lot better that way.Movie Review: wonderful film

this has turned into one of my very favorite films - everytime I view it, I find yet another part that I didn't fully notice or pay particular attention to the first time. Just a very heartwarming story, full of Chinese traditional folklore combined with real life. I look forward to seeing it again and again. Absolutely love it.Movie Review: Beautiful art
