I bought the abbreviated version of this series which is comprised of 16 (?) episodes a few years ago. Made this purchase on a whim and a trip down memory lane which took me back to age 7 - 8 when this show was aired.
One can quibble about the video quality, ( which I don't ) but, the story lines are just plain old bad. They currently want $32 for a used set of 'Bowie'. If you are REALLY into that genre and era of TV shows which conjure up pleasant memories for you then get it. Only a foolish or wealthy person will pay 'full book / MSRP ' for this one. Scott Forbes may have been a nice guy - but - the dollar value for entertainment is not there. Hey! Are'nt we in a depression/recession right now anyway ?
