Such a refreshing presentation of Louisa Alcott's other book. I felt her writing style while watching and choice of cast was great. Highly recommend this to anyone who is a romantic and enjoys happy endings. Tom Conti was even comforting in his death which normally is a depressing part of most movies. I really like this show. Good triumphs over bad is a theme we don't see enough of today. The costumes are gorgeous and the homes are beautiful. The actors all did fantastic. And there were a few surprises throughout the film. And it was all done in what I see as a realistic way. I also think there was something for everyone in this film. I really like this movie. It was nice to see how love and respect can work in a family to overcome trails that come up. How the love for an orphan child could unite the family to defend each other. had excellent themes on being unselfish and portrayed the old saying of reaping what a person sows coming to pass, whether it be good or evil. This is an excellent family video. Shared it with my close friends and they all liked it.
Movie Review: Charming Chick Flick

This movie was cute. The acting is a little forced in places, and there is some mild swearing, but overall it's easily a PG movie. It's a wonderful (albeit somewhat cheesy, but I happen to like cheesy) chick flick, with a strong, honest and pure heroine. If you're looking for a good, clean romance, this is it!
