Much has been written about later versions of The Great Gatsby on video and DVD and how Nelson Riddle's score had been deleted due to "copyright" laws. My husband and I enjoy romance movies. We have a collection that we feel are the best of the best. I remembered at Valentines Day this year that we had talked about trying to find "The Great Gatsby".
We weren't disappointed- enjoyed every moment.

As an English teacher, I teach the novel by Fitzgerald every year. This film adaptation is just delightful...Mia Farrow is an appropriately ditzy yet tragic Daisy and Redford...ahhh...Redford. I highly recommend!
