Movie Review: gentle stretches, super helpful to loosen up

I too have mixed feelings about this DVD, but in the long run, it's been one of my favorites. It seems to be the antidote to my shoulder and neck problems after I've been on the computer for too long. Although there are some glitches with the camera work & editing that make it sort of frustrating at first, eventually, you learn it and you have your eyes closed so you're not trying to follow her anyway. I've tossed aside a lot of workout DVDs, but I always pick this one back up, and sometimes I just do the warm-up at night to stretch my neck. The exercises seem so slow that you don't think they're helping, but if my muscles are stiff I just have to follow along for a little bit and I'm amazed at how much better I feel.
