I have read The Fountainhead and saw the movie many years ago. I loved it then and so enjoyed seeing it again, i wanted to keep the movie as a "classic" in my library. Ayn Rand is a timeless lesson in personal excellence and the strive for indepence in a world more likely to go with the flow than create it's own path. I recently read The Fountainhead and Atlas Shrugged for the first time and found this version of The Fountainhead to be the best old movie I've seen. Granted, I don't watch a tremendous number of old movies, but I really enjoyed and recommend this movie.Movie Review: film noir
