Movie Review: Worst Firm DVD I've Ever Done

I have a lot of Firm videos and this is the worst DVD I have ever done. Stephanie Huckabee is the absolute worst at cueing you for the next move and the transitions are horrible. I have tried this DVD at least 5 times and it's so frustrating, I have decided to give it to goodwill. I do love the instructors Allie DelRio, Pam Meriwether, and Allison Davis. Allie and Pam's DVDs with the Transformer series is awesome. I also want to rave about Alison Davis's Boot Camp DVD. It is one of the best cardio/strength training DVDs I've ever done and doesn't get boring. I'm also in awe at how graceful Alison moves throughout the DVD during all the moves.
