Movie Review: Classic, outstanding workout
Summary: 5 Stars
This is a really timeless workout, with classic, effective moves. Although released in 1990, this is a great example of interval training, combining cardio and strength. I was doing this workout today, and my teenage athlete daughter (swimmer and runner) kept saying "we did that move in practice today - and that one - and that one!"
I wish they would redo the workout with modern music, set, and clothing, however, since the music is seriously cheesy.

Short on time? You don't have to miss a workout with the most compact, truly effective workout possible-just 42 minutes! For fat loss, it includes an ample 24 minute aerobic phase. To compress time, hip and thigh shaping is done while standing with heavy 5-pound ankle weights. As in all "Firm" videos, proven effective muscle isolations and new moves are re-combined to "shock" your body into new levels of development with "muscle confusion."
