Movie Review: Disappointing but sweaty

I've used The Firm videos and though the format is a bit stilted the workout is typically OK just not exciting. The Tough Tape part of this DVD plays like a poorly edited cut and paste version of a bunch of their already released videos. It jumps from scene to scene with no logical flow, little in the way of warm up and there are glaring editing errors. It will make you sweat but it's unpleasant to watch and also seems liable to increase the potential for minor muscle injury by jumping from workout to workout with no set up time. The 5 Day Abs workout is the same as the video and after going around the same 5 days for a few weeks it's taught your abs all they need to know to get through this section.
