Movie Review: A great workout!

I can't say I agree with some of the other reviews bringing down this workout video. The workout is tough, especially the toning segments. I also think that Sue Mi is also one of the better Firm insructors. She slearly points out when a move is coming up, how to perform the move, and what to do if you are a beginner. Here is a little help for people wishing to buy this video. It is 30 minutes long, and has 6 segments: Warmup, Sculpt I, Cardio I, Sculpt II, Cardio II, and Cooldown. It does take a little getting used to, but after 2 or 3 times through, you should be able to fully perform all moves. Once you get used to it, it is a tough, and rewarding workout. Here is a breakdown of what is in the segments.
Warmup:
Start with step touch side-to-side, eventually adding arms
Knee march 2 times
step-kick 2 times
step-kick, with a backwards lunge
standing V's with arms up + down
Sculpt I:
Bicep Curls
Backwards lunge with shoulder raise
Side-cross-side-together (this move is pretty much self-explanatory. Your legs start out spread apart, then one leg steps forward to cross over the other, then it returns to its starting position. The move goes with a shoulder raise that follows the legs.)
Side Squat with chest raise
Step touch with rhomboid pinch.
Cardio I:
Hamstring pull w/rhomboid pinch
step 4/8 knee repeater, eventually with a run
A-step while punching with both arms
Ski side to side
knee-cross-back with punch
Sculpt II:
Forward, then backward lunge, eventually with hammer curl and knee raise
Step touch with tricep pushbacks
4 count lunge, eventually with rhomboid pinch and leg raise
side squats with shoulder raise
Cardio II
Heel-toe-heel
step squat with pliometrics
lunge left-right
forward kicks
double or rock kicks
side kicks
backward kicks
Jumping rope: first regularly, then switching to criss-cross
