I bought this product for my husband for xmas as he is a big fan. I had searched for it everywhere and was so pleased when I found it on amazon. He was delighted when he opened it xmas day but the delight soon changed to disappointment when, we realised we were unable to play a U.S. dvd on our recorder.
There was no information on the web site that this would be a problem in the U.K and I felt awful.
I, because I felt so bad, spent my xmas money on a dvd player that was compatible with U.S dvds. Please would you make this clearer to thick people like me on your web site.
