Movie Reviews of The Day AfterMovie Review: A movie that is not outdated Summary: 5 Stars
As old as this movie is, it still gives us a perfect warning against making the mistake of never taking anything for granted. What we may have today, may not be there tomorrow. Unfortunately, as long as there a thousands of nuclear weapons spread around the world, the scenes shown in this film still present a very real possibility for future events.
Movie Review: Powerful Summary: 5 Stars
Watched this movie as a 10 year old kid when it first came out. Scared me then, still scares me now. This movie is actually very 'soft' compared to the reality should a nuclear war ever happen. My wife uses this movie when she is teaching students about the Cold War. I also recommend The Road by Cormack McCarthy or the movie with Viggo Mortensen.
Movie Review: Outstanding Movie Summary: 5 Stars
This is a must see movie.
Actually, every president, all military leaders, and every citizen of this planet should see this movie.
This is entertaining, drives a strong warning/point of something that could actually happen in our lifetime.
Do yourself a favor and get this movie.
Movie Review: When we are in the eye of the hurricane, for many people will be an unthinkable stage! Summary: 5 Stars
The day after is an awful reminder about the unavoidable question. What if ? . The lethal consequences of a supposed nuclear attack and the complex process of reconstruction, moral, spiritual, physical; a crude and devastating portrait about that mere possibility. A issue in which most of people prefer to overlook.
Movie Review: the day after Summary: 5 Stars
I remember viewing this movie back in the 80's. The movie still scares me today. With all the wars and fighting going on. World War 3 is still a high possibility. Nobody is ready, not even myself. This movie is a must see for everyone. A Very realistic Nucular War movie.
