Movie Reviews of The Celestine Prophecy

Movie Review: Celestine Prophecy, WOW!
Summary: 5 Stars

Ths is a book that has the potential to change lives for the better. It is fiction wrapped around what may well be truth. It can help us all to grow spiritually, no matter what religion we adhere to, and can help us to find the way to reach or at least get a lot closer to the goal of peace, love, interdependence, and understanding.

It is a book to be read multiple times because there is always at least a couple of nuggets that you will uncover each time you read it.

It would be great to connect with others who find the same benefits and learn more and share to help each other grow.

Movie Review: Definitely no coincidences!
Summary: 5 Stars

The book, published in the early 1990s, changed my life! I have been living on a spiritual plane ever since. But as happens over time, belief systems tend to fade. I have reread the book many times, and I have given away many copies. This movie/video was like a shot of adrenalin to me! It was so well done on all levels - acting, cinematography, music, direction, and editing. And scripting - it stayed true to the book and its message. I wholeheartedly loved this film. I got it just when I needed it - just like the book. They both found me - there are no coincidences!

Movie Review: DVD Celestine Prophesy
Summary: 5 Stars

The Book was more ineresting, as I LIVED that book,(before it was written) and was in virtually all of the places mentioned in the book and with some changes to mach reality experienced all of the insights. The book was from Kilambamba to Machu-Piechu to Iquios and Lima, all places I know.(as well as many more as important).
These were dumped in the DVD (The sight actually shown was San Franciso in Ayacucho District) but they kept the insights at least in recognizable form. But again the reality is not quite as shown.

Movie Review: Feel the Vibes!
Summary: 5 Stars

One of the neatest books I've ever read. Great story which kept my interest and gave me good material to meditate on! The book made me feel good, and more light hearted. I remember thinking that I wished the world could really be like this, and I wondered if we really do have the capablities to be like these characters. About 3/4 into the book or so I was getting a little tired of hearing the term "energy" which the author speaks of through out the story.

Movie Review: Surpassed the book and the book was very good
Summary: 5 Stars

Matthew Settle embraced the role of John and the rest of the cast was perfectly cast. I was very impressed by the way the movie stayed true to the positive and enjoyable book, yet managed to surpass the feeling of hope, was inspiring, and had a sense of WOW...
This movie is worth a second and third viewing because you discover something new each time. It had adventure and a story to tell -- and what a great story....

Ciao
