Movie Reviews of The Broken Hearts ClubMovie Review: Finally a gay film to genuinely love Summary: 5 Stars
After seeing all sorts of movies from Priscilla to Crying Game, The Broken Hearts Club was by far my favorite flim with a gay theme. I was able to identify with every one of the characters and found myself wanting to see it again the second i left the movie theater. As soon as I saw it was available, I knew I had to have it for my collection so I could go back to it again and again.
Movie Review: Surprisingly Charming Summary: 5 Stars
I overlooked Broken Hearts club in the theater thinking that it would be a fluffly gay comedy. Picking it up on DVD I'm pleasantly surprised at how warm and fully developed were the characters. A particular standout is John Mahoney (of Frasier fame) as a paternally doting older friend. Broken Hearts has a perfect blend of humor and emotion. I highly recommend this film.
Movie Review: A Romantic Gay Comedy Summary: 5 Stars
"The Broken Hearts Club" is actually a deliciously romantic and sweet Gay Comedy.
It is a show which calls us to laugh at our own foibles as it reminds us that "Meaning" counts very hard even when we fail to see it at times.
Very entertaining and inspiring! I do recommend "The Broken Hearts Club" ! ! !

Movie Review: HILARIOUS AND CLEVER Summary: 5 Stars
Could any movie possibly address the issue of relationships (or lack there of) in the homosexual culture and better? NO! The Broken Hearts Club is hysterical and very cleverly written. It uses gay slang...showing definitions between scene changes. I just thought it was amazing! It's a must see. Prepare to laugh.
Movie Review: Great Buddy Flick Summary: 5 Stars
This flick has some great moments of portraying gay male friendships. I especially liked the fact that an African American was among the circle of friends. I highly suggest this movie for a close knit set of guys to watch while consuming strong high balls. It will surely touch their hearts as it did mine.
