Movie Review: A brainy thriller

The Bone Collector is an intelligent thriller about a serial-killer on the loose in New York City. The plot would be your typical "solve the case" mystery if it weren't for the utterly intelligent script and talented cast. Denzel Washington plays a paraplegic ex-cop with a main assett: his brain. With the help of a cop (Angelina Jolie), he is able to gather small clues left by the criminal and is able to solve the case. But there are a few surprises and plot twists that make this film very interesting.If you love smart and well-written thrillers, then "The Bone Collector" should be on your DVD shelf.
Movie Review: WELL WORHT SEEING AND ENJOYING!

This is a great movie for those of us who don't like the horry - gorry! And don't need to disect a film to enjoy.Denzel Washington gave a great performance [like to see the critics give as credible a job.]
Had enought tension and twists to keep you guessing and hate to admit it but loved the take down.
It keeps one interested enough to want to follow the steps even after 3 viewings -- not enough good solid movies out there that don't get interupted by some unsavory nude scene to spoil the whole attitude of the movie.
Thanks for a really good movie -- it is Highly Recommended.
Movie Review: How to solve a mystery?
Summary: 5 Stars
The story was nicely produced with excellent color. The mystery being solved was nicely handled throughout the movie. The killer was completely unexpected and it was unclear why the detective had not checked up on those around him (the killer in this case) when it was realized the killer had to be a forensic expert. This loose end in no way interferred with the suspense. After the climactic scene the rest of the movie seemed superflous. I guess they just had to get Angelina Jolie into a tight dress some how and bring Lincoln's sister into the movie.Movie Review: MOVIE ENTERTAINING AND SUSPENSEFUL.,

It's unfortunate that both Jonathan and Victor didn't care for the film. I found the storyline to be very suspenseful right to the end. I thought Denzel did a great job in the film and he and Anjolina Jolie worked well together. The film did what it was intending to which was to entertain. Sure any film made could always have had a better ending or a better plot, but it's pure entertainment. And on that level, it was a good movie which I would highly recommend.
People need to lighten up on their criticisms

the bone collector is a natural thriller. the actor denzel washington puts up a great performance playin a paralized detective getting back in the game with his side-kick who must collect evidence left by the killer through-out the movie (played by angelina jolie) if u were to see this movie,u'de know it was good xD
