Movie Review: Disappointed - Jillian is Better

After working out for 3 weeks to Jillian's 30 Day Shred; I found this video in my local library and thought I'd give it a try. As much as the show was touted it would be a good change....RIGHT. I was disappointed, thankfully I rented this DVD.
I only made it as far as the Sculpting Workout. What a laugh. There are no compound moves....nothing. It is so easy. I never even broke a sweat. After that I didn't pursue it any further; I returned the DVD. Jillian's 30 Day Shred it so much better: you will break a sweat, you will feel the burn and start to see the difference. Thank god I only rented this.
