Movie Review: GREATEST MOVIE EVER 5 Stars
many people in the U.S. hated the beach, either it was leo dicaprio who ruined the movie for them, or it was the fact they didnt like the story. well the people who hate this movie ARE FOOLS ! there is a much deeper meaning to the movie then just, island + pot-farmers = trouble , the story is way deeper , and if i have to tell you that, then u are not worthy of watching this great movie. The DVD can help non belivers understand the movie more , with its deleted scenes and director commentary , the extras in this video are great. overall this is a great DVD to buy if ur a fan of the film or not, if your not it might teach u something about the TRUE MEANING of the beach .Movie Review: The Beach Review

So this movie preview is on the screen and it looks pretty crazy,.. That's what I was saying to myself as I saw the theatrical trailer to this movie for the first time. I saw the movie the first day it came out, and even if you are not a Leo fan, like I wasn't, you gain respect for the guy from this movie. It features Him pursuing the life of a traveler who goes to Thailand. he meets this guy with a map and goes on a search for this hidden beach. The movies location for the hidden beach was beautiful and the actors weren't that bad at all, I liked this movie and hope everyone gets a chance to see it!

This is in my opinion, a wonderful movie. I have no clue why people dislike it. Leo does great. Usually I don't like him, but in this movie he was good. He really plays the role great and makes you feel close to him. The movie is beautiful in scenery, filming, acting, story, etc... I personally enjoy this movie after cannibis. It is wonderful. It to me represents a bliss that we all try to atain. It deals a lot with desire. I can relate to the main character a lot. I recommend this movie to anyone. I like this movie mostly because it stands alone. There really isn't another movie that contains this kind of scenic beauty along with addictive characters. I wouldn't even compare it to Apocalypse Now because Vietnam has nothing to do with "THE BEACH". Rather Boyle's film is about the escape to another world. It is a world that borders between madness and calm. Dicaprio and many of his co-stars in this movie seem to hit unique marks as actors. The photo that Dicaprio downloads at the end of the movie upon his exodus of the beach seems to resonate with me to this day. A lot is left behind.Movie Review: Independent Travel...
