Movie Review: I'm calling in sick to work the day after this workout!

Because I can't walk or sit! This is an amazing routine! This will work especially well for people who want to tone up more than they want to lose weight, because you will see results in no time at all. Highly recommended. If you're new to this, go easy on how low you go with the dips and squats.
