Movie Reviews of The ApeMovie Review: Hilarious, amazing, couldn't stop laughing Summary: 5 Stars
This movie is hysterical!! It's dark and funny, surreal and smart. The scenes without the Ape aren't as great as the scenes with, but they are still carried by very strong performances and funny dialogue. James Franco is such a bizarre and original actor, imagine how he acts directing HIMSELF!!
The timing and interplay between him and the Ape is classic. Some of the best scenes ever put to film. The movie breezes by and me and my friends couldn't stop laughing and smiling for all 90 minutes.
It's not without it's flaws, but the hilarious scenes and moments with the Ape gave me more joy and pleasure than I've taken out of a movie in the past 5 years.
See this movie!!
