Sharon Stone is very young in this movie. Her character is very well developed in considering other movies that she has made.
She wasn't such a skilled seductress as far as this movie for tv was made.
But if you like sweet romance, this is the movie for you.
It reminds me of earlier Harlequin movies that were made from romance books.

Great drama and romance. A loyal, heartbreaking love and sacrifice. All the actors have done a wonderful performance. I watched this movie from the video many years ago and bought it again recently when it was out on DVD. Although the quality is not as good but good enough for those who appreciate the story.
