Movie Review: Better Than Expected

I have never done Tai Chi and checked this dvd out from my county's library to give it a try. I was expecting a slow, boring experience. Boy, was i surprised. Tai Chi is great fun. The dvd is set up to give slow instruction so you can mirror every move and learn correct posture, which is very important in Tai Chi. Each move is sped up until you're doing them at a martial arts class speed. Not the slow paced ho hum experience i was expecting. I thought i'd check Amazon to see if i could buy a copy and am happy to find it!
