Movie Review: a GREAT workout in a LITTLE time!
Summary: 5 Stars
This workout is SO perfect for anyone who hasn't worked out in a while, or even if you're just starting out for the first time. The first benefit is that the main workout is only 30 minutes long, with an even shorter 10 minute version that helps when you're pressed on time. I have used this DVD before a few years ago, and I remembered that when I used it consistently for 2 weeks (once a day/5 days a week) I saw NOTICEABLE results immediately. More importantly, the workout REALLY targets the mid-section/abs, and created a wonderfully defined waist for me. Also, I have had trouble finding another workout that so perfectly shapes my legs. You can physically feel yourself getting stronger as you do this DVD. Stick to it, and you WILL see results! :)
