Movie Review: Simply Awesome!!

This is what a comic book movie should be! Spider-Man 3? It's got nothing on TMNT! This was fun, exciting, and hysterical! It was everything a TMNT movie should be... and more!
See, there are two TMNTs. There's the comics and then there's the cartoon. The movies never really counted. The comics were original, cool, exciting, interesting - everything an independent comic about 4 fighting turtles should be! Now, the cartoon was great too! It made it more accessible for kids (the comics were definitely for older readers) and fleshed out the more fun side of the turtles but it was still great TMNT action! The movies, well, they plane stunk.
But now, we've got a great TMNT movie that blends the best of the comics and the cartoon into one fun-filled 90 mins! The CGI is tops, with great action sequences (we're talking actual sequences where you can tell what the hell is going on. Could you do that in Spider-Man 3? No!), amazing visuals, cool editing, and a great palette of colors and designs. Add to that good voice acting, a great story, excellent directing, and you've got a really good movie... and a hellavu good TMNT movie!
That said... I'm so going to be in the theaters for TMNT 2! Bring on the Shredder!

This is the best turtles movie out of all of them,i love the other three but this one has a lot more action than any of the others but the only problem would probably be the foot ninjas,they didn't seem as tough as usual like the new cartoon versions they seemed somewhere in the middle they fought and then fell down and that was it after that. Then there was millions on screen at one time!!! Now the monsters...they were interesting the turtles didn't get too fight an army of them. then the Night-Watcher they did a good job on him he seemed like a cross between turtle titan,batman and a biker's uniform. Except the only the only shredder cameo was KARAI saying the foot would return with an old "FRIEND". Then i wished Leonardo and Karai's fight was a little bit longer it felt like it came and went in an instant. they could have done it like snake-eyes and storm shadow's fights in the G.I. JOE movies. But other than that they couldn't have done better. the fights,the action,the drama and monsters this movie is probably the BEST movie of 2007 (at least until spider-man 3 comes out!!!)Movie Review: "TOTALLY AWESOME, DUDE!"

This movie brings back the good ol' days! Granted, the storyline is kinda bland, but the writing for it is well placed. The voices fit all of the characters perfectly, along with the special cameo appearances by some big name actors. At first, I was a little disappointed when I heard they were making this into a CGI film a couple years ago, being that most CGI films I've seen, I didn't like at all in the slightest. The other problem is, I was worried that they were going to follow the FoxKids animated series, which had horrible voice acting, weird style of animation that didn't fit too well with the characters, and horrible one-liners that made me cringe. I went into this movie expecting to be bored, perhaps even walk out halfway through the film, like I did with Ice Age II. Well, I'm glad I didn't, because I left the movie theater with a big grin on my face mainly from the fact I was dead wrong about this film. I'm 25 years old now, and I might be biased, but when I was watching this movie, I really felt like I was 9 years old again, and it felt great! 5 Stars all the way!Movie Review: WOW, Best CGI to date. I always enjoyed the origninal Turtle cartoon, wasn't much into the toys, and the original movies, although fun, were kinda corny. But this newest saga in the Turtles quest, simply called TNMT, has been advertised for a couple of years, and now has finally come to pass, and it is killer. Classic turtle fighting, with some drama. The family isn't such a happy family, as Leonardo has left for an extended training to become a better leader, leaving the other turtles to fend for themselves...in the real world. Donnatello does phone computer supportand young michelangelo does birthday parties as a giant turtle, go figure. Will Leonardo find his way and return to his brothers, and will his brothers accept him again. And will everything work out as a new great terror is about to destroy the earth. Just get thsi film. This is by far the most advanced CGI movie to date. Just great angles and details. I can only dream of what the future may hold in CGI, but if this film is just a shimmer of it...were in for some great films. Must have for turtle fans, old and new alike.Movie Review: Fun movie!

This is my first TMNT movie. I was never really a TMNT fan but I decided to have an open mind and give it a try. My boyfriend convinced me to go see this and I was pleasently surprised. I thought it was very entertaining! The animation was great, the action was awesome, it had a lot of funny one-liners and I thought it had a strong plot. I liked the rivalry between the two brothers and I thought the movie carried a good message for kids about taking responsibility, working together and forgiving your family, etc. It's not the typical movie I am into but I really hope they make another one. This is more of a kids movie but good for adults also if you are looking for something fun and lighthearted. Another wonderful thing, in the theatre all the kids were so glued to the screen they were all SILENT! None of them made so much as a peep. Any movie that can make a bunch of 5-10 year old boys sit quiet with their hands in their lap must be pretty good! Simply amazing! Overall this was a great movie and I would watch it again!
