Movie Review: very charming movie
Summary: 5 Stars
This was a really good movie. Reece and Josh were great. You feel the warmth of southern hospitallity when the movie takes you to Alabama. Once you get there you don't want to leave. The movie takes you through a wide range of emotions. It makes you laugh and it chokes you up and it makes you laugh again. It mixes it all up and comes out charming. The supporting cast was great. There is an actress in a scene at Stella's Roadhouse that plays a very small part that I would like to know more about. She was so cute. She played Jakes date for the night. Her characters name was Starr. It was a very small part but she played it so perfect. Like the Beach Boys sing ..."and southern girls with the way they talk they knock me out when I'm down there". You'll see those girls with southern accents in this movie and there all so cute.Movie Review: Excellent Love Story

Sweet Home Alabama is my favorite movie and has been since the movie came out. I have watched it so many times that I know it by heart!
Reese Witherspoon and Josh lucas are excellent actors, they played the parts of this movie very well.
You don't hear of very many relationships that end and then somehow are reconciled the way this couple was. I felt bad for Patrick Demp. but, she belonged with her husband, she realized she never stopped loving him and the new wedding would not have worked out, after time she would have come to realize her love for her ex and go back to him or be in a very unhappy marriage.
These stories are very touching and the subject is painful for some. If you love drama like this one, it's funny, emotional and exciting!

WARNING: the depressing level is high. If you don't like to feel sad, you might have a hard time during a good amount of this film.
On the other side of it, if you like mixed category movies..you'll have a great time!
If the question is: whether or not your children should watch it, i'd consider the fact that it does have some fowl language and minor drug references (it shows some people getting drunk for a few minutes)
Although this movie has some minor parts, your kids would probably enjoy this.
Specifically girls! Reese Witherspoon is also great in this movie.

Movie Review: Very Romantic
Summary: 5 Stars
A very cute movie with many funny parts. This is a romantic comedy film, a feel good movie about a girl from a small town who realized her dream of becoming a popular fashion designer in New York. She became engaged to a high profile senator's son and things were finally happening for her. There was only one problem that she has to fix that required her to go back to her small town (something she really did not want to do). But that was the only way to realize a future dream with her fiance. Coming back to her small town brought back many things,including an old dream from her past she has longed forgotten. Then things became more complicated. It was a grave mistake to come back (or was it?). I enjoyed the film and I am sure many will as well.
