Movie Review: Hilarious

Okay, it does LOOK dumb. I can understand anyone's hesitation to watch this movie. I didn't think I was going to like it at all, but it was the only thing playing by the time my friends and I made it to the movie theater...so, I watched it. Thank God I did! Super Troopers is absolutely hilarious. It's the funniest movie I've seen in a long, long time. The writing is extremely funny - I especially loved Thorny - and the acting was top-notch, especially for a bunch of no-name actors. This film is definitely on it's way to being a cult classic. I, for one, just ordered the DVD and will be anticipating the moment when I can invite my friends over, pop it in the DVD player and light one up. ...Movie Review: it may be dumb, but it will definitely make you laugh

I actually ran into "Super Troopers" first with the trailer, which I saw online. Didn't get around to actually seeing the movie, until just recently, when it was on cable. And I laughed my butt off the entire time, so I ran out and got the DVD. The Broken Lizard guys may be virtually unknown, but they are really funny, and the movie is quite good. The concept of bored highway patrolmen pranking nonstop to keep themselves from being so bored is hilarious, and the movie keeps moving quickly with the jokes. Sure, a lot of them are dumb, but dumb humor is always funny, unless you have no sense of humor at all. In that case, go buy some boring Merchant-Ivory film or something equally boring.Movie Review: I lost my kidney because of this one

ok first of all if your going to review anything at all, than maybe you should get the name of the moive right. but i wont mention any name couph Hadi. With that out of the way we can begin to understand just why this movie was so great1. they all pass for cops
2. It pokes fun at the cops of the real world and no one likes them.
3. last of all its just funny
No this movie will probably not change your life or make you think deep thoughts but its funny as hell. thats exactly what the purpose of the moive was right? to make us the crowd sitting in a theatre stuffing candy down our faces to bust a gut. dont take it for what its not is what it boils down to in the end.

I'm almost embarrassed to say that this is definitely one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. I'm not usually the kind of person who enjoys slapstick humor. But there's something about this movie that makes it work. The humor fits the movie. Unlike so many other movies when they try to be funny just for the heck of it. The entire movie is great. There isn't a dead spot in it. I guarantee you, you'll have a smile on your face from the drop dead hilarious opening scene, "I'm freakin' out man!", to the quite comical ending. This movie is loaded with one liners that you'll be saying for days. "Smells like sex in here. What have you two been doing?"Movie Review: My Sides Hurt!!!

My Friends and I saw the hilarious trailer to ST while we were watching Orange County... so we decided to check it out... We saw it on opening night and laughed from beginning to end... we've incorperated some dialouge from the movie into our own vocabulary, such as using "Meow" instead of "Now." We laughed till our sides hurt... This movie is smart, and funny and full of "Evil Shinannigans!" We almost had a wreck on the way home from the theater because we were laughing so hard talking about the movie in the car! If you are looking for a good time, with smart humor that will keep you laughing for weeks to come... watch SUPER TROOPERS! -NLP
