Movie Review: Awesome sound
Summary: 5 Stars
I first watched this movie when I was in 6th grade band class, then again in my high school drama and music classes. I've been wowed eveytime at the way they make their music with all sorts of everyday items and situations like playing cards or driving in a truck. Its an incredible talent, whoever put this performance and music together. My fave parts are the beginning on the billboard, when their underneath the building in waist deep water and the when they come out on the stage with water falling on them and their "drums" - great to watch - great just to listen to - and pretty cool to try and imitate with a handful of friends and items from your own home. If you don't end up buying it - at least check it out on youtube. You'll be entranced.Movie Review: Track list

Movie Review: Wow!

Absolutely amazing! If you're not familiar with Stomp, it is choreographed routines using "found" percussion instruments such as broomsticks, kitchen utensils and basketballs. There is no music, just the rhythms and natural sounds of the "instruments" used. i inspired my class of Year 8s, who thought it was "wicked" and "cool". If you're not a music lover it may not be for you, but I have viewed it at least 10 times and found something I had missed with each subsequent viewing. We love music, and we've operated a salvage yard for several generations. We've always believed that recycling will lead to a healthier planet and a wiser habitat for all beings. It's wonderful to see that not only can we make charming ornaments for our yard, and useful items from our 'scrap', but now we have a talented group who has proven that ordinary objects in the right hands (and feet!) can be wonderfully entertaining as well! I can only hope they continue to offer more, more MORE!!!! We love it!!!!Movie Review: Stomp Out Loud makes me want to scream out loud!

Incredible. If you have never seen Stomp live, then do it! If that is impossible, then watch this video. These masters of rhythm are awesome. Whether they have a basketball, a broom, or a butcher knife in their hands, they create drama, energy and excitement through rhythm! There are segments in this video that could not be performed live. That is a bonus! Also, the short documentary about "Stomp" is incredible! My children love this as well. Great for the whole family!
