Movie Review: I love this movie

This is such a great movie - and it's basically the prequel for The Waltons!!! The cast is awesome - Henry Fonda, Maureen O'Hara, James MacArthur. It makes you laugh, it makes you cry! It is a wholesome, family movie -- something you really can't find nowadays!

I saw this the first time as a child with my new Sister-in-law who was an extra sitting next to Clay Boy at the graduation scene. (She was the cute one with short dark hair). The filming in the Tetons was outstanding. The story is wonderful. A good movie for all.Movie Review: excellent review

This is a classic movie in my opinion. A story of how a family should be. Each willing to sacrifice for the family. All family members caring for one another. Even a whole community caring for each other. This is great!
