Movie Review: The Finest Narrative on Custer & the Frontier Wars Ever Filmed

Son of the Morning Star is one of the finest narratives on the life of George Custer and his dealings in the Frontier Indian Campaigns of the late 1800s. I teach university level American Indian AND U.S. History, and I have never found a more accurate film on the subject. I have been going crazy trying to find it on DVD for years, and I am happy to say that it actually has been released on DVD and can be found on other film websites. Why Amazon does not have it, I'm not sure, but I hope they get it soon. This is a wonderful reference for students, scholars, and arm chair historians alike!
