Kenny Rogers does a great job of portraying a independent loner who is trying to get back into racing after a serious crash, caused by his former chief mechanic. When he runs into 6 kids of varying ages who have had rough deal in life, As is predictable Kenny gives up his free wheeling lifestyle to settle down and help give the children a good home life.Movie Review: Six Pack

I agree with the guy who wonders what happened to the earlier release date. Sure let me pay for a movie that gets released in 2025! I might be dead by then?
Anyway, this movie was the best, definately not "Days of Thunder" but well worth your time. Not worth waiting til 2025 to see, but a good flick.

I remember watching this movie when I was a kid and loved it then. My husband is a nascar nut and I thought he would love it too and he did. It was great watching this with him. This is a movie we will share and watch over and over as our kids get older
