Movie Review: Wow. Just...wow.
Summary: 5 Stars
OK, maybe Sigur Ros isn't the type of music to drive around tapping your toes to, but watching this on the plasma screen and cranking the surround sound was truly an experience to behold. The last song "Popplagid" (also known as Number 8 on the untitled CD) was a whirlwind that left me as high as a kite. This film is a beautiful documentary covering concerts given across Iceland. Sigur Ros is already a phenomenal band, and the movie matches the excellence of the music. This documentary is unlike many others in the fact that it doesn't have a ton of dialogue, but covers the actual performances and the music in a beautiful and original way.Movie Review: Amazing. Probably in the top three music DVDs I've ever seen. Absolutely incredible. If you're even a casual fan of Sigur Ros, this is a must buy. Touching, beautiful, professional, emotion evoking, even dare I say spiritual. If you're even on the fence, just buy it. You'll be glad you did.

"Heima" is an extremely well made, well thought out Sigur Ros documentary. The sound and cinematography are top notch. I highly recommend it.
I personally recommend viewing/listening to this with a DTS5.1 sound system. It rocks!

REceived my copy yesterday, and watched both DVD's last night. The hauntic vocals with the beautiful scenery just takes you into a different world. Cannot wait to get home and watch again. Hope Sigur Ros come to Memphis TN. Anyone getting the chance to see live, MUST!!!!! Andy
