One of the best DVD's to exercise to I have ever seen and heard. She rocks, the band rocks, and the dancers provide the eye candy to make any exercise enthusiast not want to leave your machine. At the same time, 27 songs is more than generous to treat an audience. Sound reproduction is as good as a CD, and is done is DTS format to boot. I have seen it over 30 times now....and counting.
