I dont deny this is one typical teen movie. However this movie also has some unique aspects which differs from other teen movies and they elevate the movie to one kind of art.
I guess that is because this movie talks not only teens life but also their detail feelings,irritability, and uncontrolled fluctations in youth' minds that we all have experienced in more vividly than any other teen movies.
Two heroins struggle and suffer from their a little strange love,however overcome at the end.And it gives us the sweet and lovely feelings.

Many films pick you up and take you flying..however at the end you're looking for your ticket. The end of a film is the true test of whether or not the director knew where he was going from the start."Show Me Love,"a fairly serious story about two girls in love with each other, ends on a light note with a girl on her bed talking about about drinking milk. This scene captures a transformation from the world of a child to an honest sexual relationship. Most films of this type wind up with a distorted ending(a disaster or a blaring proclamation)Movie Review: Show Me Love, shows it in all the right ways!

"Show Me Love" is a coming of age story for the new millennium. It shows the hardship of being different in a small town. Not only does it show how it's hard to be an outsider growing up in high school; it shows the further difficulty of loving someone perceived to be unobtainable. "Elin" and "Agnes" take us on a journey of being young, and being in love. In the end it shows how to be honest with your self and to persevere in a hard world. This film is one of the best films I have seen for a long time. It depicts being a teenager in its true colour and steers clear of cliches we would normally find in a Hollywood teen movie. This is a very moving and emotional film and funny in places. I don't think I want to watch another American teen movie again as I would only compare it to the brilliamce of this one and it would not compare in the slightest. American teen movies are unrealistic, Show Me Love is a real and truly fnatastic film. 5 stars all the way.Movie Review: The Best Young Lesbian Flick I've Ever Seen

I saw this film at a Gay film fest in my city. The story of Elin and Agnes is just great as it portrays the younger lesbian scene and a very true picture of hat life is like for gays and lesbians growing up. As a hopeless romantic I recommend this to anyone. And I am sure you will find the final scene where the two girls emerge as a couple the funniest scene and the highlight of the film. Not to mention for the guys in the audience... the young male stars may be brainless... but they are something to stare at.
