Book Review: Amazing Yoga DVD!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
This is probably the best yoga DVD I've seen , I have many yoga DVD's and this dvd's features, quality and so many possibilities to design yor own workout beat all the others , no question about it. There's 4 complete yoga sessions to choose from : a 45 min beginner sesion, solar flow 1 & 2 (each about 1 hr 25 min) and a lunar flow - 75 min . All workouts consists of short segments and by the "yoga matrix" feature you can tailor your own workout out of those segments. Most of the dvd is pretty intermediate to advanced level except the begginer workout , her workouts are definitely challenging but everytime I do one of them I feel amazing and energized but also calm and peaceful because of her soothing voice and pretty long savasana (corpse pose) segment.There's also a great "core abs" segment that is pretty challenging and great for the abs, also all of her workouts are unique and flows really well. So I hope by now I already made you buy this dvd.
