I have 3 other customizble yoga DVD's and this one is the most user friendly. First, the "matrix" is itemized by the name of the pose and time that is allowed, so that you can pick the intensity and length of your workout. I also appreciate the fact that the frames flow into each other with soothing music...it leads to a more serene practice. From what I've read, other users think that it is more financially beneficial to order the original DVD that included this flow (I don't remember the name but it's in an orange box)...since I did'nt, I can only comment on this particular section. I use it often.
