Movie Review: A must have for your yoga dvd collection

I have many yoga video's by many different teachers. This is my first one of Shiva Rea's. I am impressed. As our bodies and mindsets are different each day, I love having the ability to program exactly what I need for each practice. The matrix is very easy to use. Shiva gives both english and sanskrit names for each pose. NOT for the beginner. Although she suggests modifications, majority of practice would be extremely challenging for someone new to yoga. The music is soothing, the visuals are beautiful.....I'm very pleased with this purchase and anticipate using this video often.
