Movie Review: Very good with maybe a twist or two too many
Summary: 4 Stars
A lot of people weren't too impressed with this but if you're sick of noisy, gory movies full of explosions, this might keep you in suspense without them. The first time I saw it on DVD I thought the tension was almost unbearable.
I just really enjoyed it and I'm in the middle of watching it again even though I know the twists.
Well worth watching, in my opinion. But... it's all subjective, eh?

Shattered was a fun movie. Surprise after surprise. Lots of very good questions were raised during the course of the movie, but (spoiler!) at the end, it ends up nobody was really shattered. Nobody's life was shattered. Only a couple of relationships were slightly bent. And the whole "...butterfly...on a wheel..." reference was vague at best. This movie is a solid thriller that has a message to it as well. Name a better thriller recently that was more on point and without gratuitous sex and violence? I'm sure you can't name more than 2-3. This movie is a solid 4 stars and keeps the viewer engaged and thinking about how they would respond. Keeps the action and situations moving.Movie Review: Lives are affected by very sad circumstances.

Pierce Brosnan plays an psychologically affected man due to his family circumstances; . . . . and he makes you wonder why and what he's going to do next.
Butler and Bello suffer Brosnan's crazy antics and you find yourself saying "such sad circumstances that could happened to anyone at anytime."

Movie Review: Totally unexpected GOOD!

At last I got to see that movie after waiting so long. What a great movie with a totally unexpected ending. Both Bronson and Butler acted their parts so well that one is totally thrown. Wonderful plot. Enough said, get the DVD and see the movie for yourself. Do not let anyone tell you too much it will spoil it for you.
