Movie Review: Unexpectedly Awesome

I think this movie was just awesome. Everyone did a great job in their roles and I recommend it to anyone with children, although I don't recommend the children watch it. This story is about a man who has the so-called perfect life. He has a great job, a great wife, a beautiful daughter and things just can't seem to get any better. Then out of nowhere his daughter is kidnapped and his entire world is turned upside down, and I mean devestatingly turned upside down. I suggest renting it and seeing for yourself. In my opinion this is one of the better films I've seen. The story is strong and the plot intensifies with every scene. I hope you'll take a chance on this film as I did and rent it.Movie Review: A thriller from beginning to end!

This is one nail-biting psychological thriller. You never know until the very end where this film is taking you! All three actors have you pulled in from the "get-go!" It is the most thought provoking film to come out in a long while! Everyone has a different opinion of who is right and who is wrong.....love that! Pierce Brosnan and Maria Bello are wonderful as the scorned spouses! What can I say about Gerard Butler.....he is absolutely mesmerizing in this....from the cocky guy in the beginning of the film to the beaten/broken down emotionally drained guy at the end! The more I watch this....the better it gets!

Movie Review: I knew nothing about this film ... thank goodness.

The less you know, the better. I was flipping through the free on-demand movies offered by TW Cable last night. It was nearing midnight and nothing else was on. I stumbled across "Shattered" and decided, what the heck. I had never heard of it. Before watching, I had planned to watch a few minutes of it then go to bed. Problem was, it was so riviting I couldn't turn it off. (Is that a problem?) I just had to know what was going to happen. I ended up staying up 'til 1:30a watching it, and I'm glad I did. It was one of those movies that literally had me saying "wow!" at the end of it. What a great movie. Do yourself a favor and check it out.Movie Review: A profoundly thrilling story about the consequences of character and the choices we make in life!

This is a movie that will let you see one thing, and then another, and keeps you on the edge of your seat all the way through.
You will not want to see it just once. It invites discussion and a deep search into ones own moral universe about what is right or wrong in life, marriage and work!
I LOVED this film very, very much and feel it should be watched at school and used as a counselling aid by therapists. All the actors did a great job with their roles and their range of expressions are stretched to the limits.....
Anyone married to a "Player" personality MUST watch this!!
Movie Review: This SHOULD have been in theaters!

This was a very good movie with great intensity and a nice set of twists at the end. Brosnan is a known factor .. however Butler's performance was surprising and intense. Bello gave the weakest performance of the trio lacking depth. I wondered why I had never heard of it and then found that it was merely "tested" at a few theaters in a single city. With all the trash that hits the screen nowadays ... one questions why it was not released. The stars (two of which are up and coming and could use the exposure) and producers of this movie were robbed!
