Movie Review: Great for Beginning Spanish
Summary: 5 Stars
My 16 month old daughter is in LOVE with this video. Her first Spanish word was "FIESTA!" Now she walks around saying it all the time. She loves singing along and dancing to all the cute songs and is really soaking in the Spanish words they work in to the video. It teaches numbers (to 10) along with a lot of vocabulary. It also teaches a little bit about customs (like Carnival). This video does a great job balancing education and fun!Movie Review: Fiesta! Mucho Gusto!!

My 2 yr old watches Elmo whenever he can, and let me tell you, this is the best Elmo there is...especially after viewing it dozens and dozens of times. The skits are cute, the music has a nice latin beat and it teaches the kids some basic Spanish. It's fun listening to my boy sing the songs.
Plus, it's the only video/cd that we play that I don't go running from the room as soon as it starts.
Thumbs up for Fiesta!
Movie Review: Fiesta is a Real Party

We bought this for my daughter when she was about 16 months old. She was hooked immediately, as was I! Eight months later, it is still oneof our favorites. The music and character skits are great. We never tire of watching it. But if you are looking for a totally bilingual experience, this is not it. Most of the DVD is in English, but there are many references to basic Spanish words.

Received as a gift for my daughter's 1st birthday. I love it. Anything Sesame Street is educational and never fails catche young children's attention. I want to buy more of these! Good to help familiarize babies/children with Spanish. This really keeps my 18 month's interest- the songs are catchy and entertaining. It has Linda Rondstat and Celia Cruz! It is a fun video he wants to watch over and over- it lasts about 30 minutes. It is not an educational video per se, although he is repeating the words in spanish (like the numbers)..it is pure entertainment and fun.
