Got this Seniors and Elderly Easy Sitting Exercises DVD and the Easy Sitting Lightweights as a gift for my Elderly Mom who is 85.
She exercises with this every other morning and Loves it. She likes the way Sunshine is always smiling and giving positive encouragement, reminding to breathe.
The DVD is filmed on the beach with nice music and Sunshine dose the exercises at a slow pace making it very easy for my Aunt to follow.
She uses this Easy Sitting Exercise DVD one day and the Seniors Easy Sitting Light Weights Exercise DVD the other day.
She has certainly gained more strength and balance from exercising with these DVDs for the past few weeks and feels a lot more energized.
Highly Recommend these 2 DVDs.
