Movie Review: Attempting to have a bikini body.

This exercise dvd is great! I already had a few of Ellen's dvd's that I have been doing so I purchased this one just recently. The workout lasts about 30 minutes which is good for me. Some other dvd's that I have are 45 minutes and some days I just don't have enough time to do them so I use this one. To me, it really gives you a good workout in only 30 minutes.
I like having the handweights so it gives my arms and shoulders a great workout. Also, you are doing standing ab exercises. Any time I am using weights, though, I can only do the workout every other day because I do have a small back problem that I don't want to aggravate.
I highly recommend this video, although I doubt that I will ever have the bikini figure on the cover.

Ellen Barrett is simply awesome, that's all I have to say! This workout will give results if you regularly do it, and it's a great total body workout. You will feel this one the next day! This is my favorite DVD I own, and I go back to this one often. It's great for all levels, as all you need to do is add extra weight if it's too easy for you. I have several work out videos that I use on a regular basis. I choose this video because it had good reviews and I liked the instructor from another video I own. This has turned out to be my favorite work out video. It is well rounded in the areas you work out, and is interesting the whole way through. I really enjoyed this workout the best of the self videos. You have to do it at least two times. The first time I thought that it wasn't very challenging, but after a couple of times I really could see the difference. It is my favorite of the Self workout videos. I started doing this video several times per week. At first, it was hard to lift the weights, and tiring, but after about 3 weeks, it seemed to get easier. I'm seeing results. I hope to look like the box by July 1st - HA!~
